Dan Park created DTM, or like his sister-in-law calls him, DTM. Dan has over 15 years of technology sales and recruiting experience at some of the most reputable technology companies in the World. Dan spent years at Oracle, SAP, LinkedIn and the last nine years with Workday. Dan decided to focus DTMRecruiting around the Workday ecosystem given the demand in the market for consultants and sales professionals with this domain expertise. While working for Workday, Dan was asked countless times from customers if I knew anyone who had Workday experience and who might be looking for a new opportunity. Or, customers would approach him asking him about new customers who joined the Workday ecosystem and who could benefit from their experience. This is how DTMRecruiting came to life.
